Shatondra Brown is a strategic operations leader, executive leadership strategist, former U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer, and founder of Elite Leaders Collective.
Her experience spans strategic planning, operational transformation, leadership development, financial analysis, talent development, and large-scale service delivery across commercial real estate, financial services, and other complex organizations.
After navigating a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis, an extended career interruption, and her own return to professional and financial growth, Shatondra developed an even deeper conviction: exceptional leaders should have greater control over how they work, earn, lead, and live.
